About Isabelle de Gérauvilliers
Isabelle de Gérauvilliers was born in Great Britain in 1962, and has dual citizenship (French and British).
She holds a master’s degree in Business Law, which she obtained with summa cum laude distinction from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University in 1983. The same year, she joins Spencer Stuart & Associates, where she establishes French Search team, which she manages during three years.
In 1986, she joins Jean-Michel Beigbeder when he creates J-M. Beigbeder & Partners, and her peers co-opt her as a Partner in 1988. Then, she creates the first Luxury Search practice in Europe, and initiates a partnership with PRONED (Promotion of Non Executive Directors) in London, in order to import best practices relevant to business governance within French companies.
In 2000, Isabelle creates IDG CEO Consulting, to structure her coaching and search projects for top executives. In 2003, she teams with Jean-Michel Beigbeder when he creates J.M. Beigbeder CEO Search; in 2006, she is appointed CEO of the newly founded consultancy.
Since 2012, Isabelle is Chairman of CEO Advisory. She developed a unique expertise in advising CEOs and COOs in transition periods, and she pursued her searches and recruitments activities for top executives and managing directors.
Isabelle intervenes in all practices (luxury, automotive, insurance, hedge funds…) at Senior Management, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board levels.
